School Orientation Meetings – New Admissions Only
Both parents should attend the school orientation meeting. Timing and details will be sent via school circular and SMS.
For New Admissions Only – School Orientations:

– Grade III: Monday, 04 August
– Grades IV to IX: Friday, 08 August

Campus and Section Changes
Important Notice: Grade II students will be changing campuses this year.
Grade II students promoted to Grade III must report at the South Campus – Junior Section
Grade VI students promoted to Grade VII report to South Campus – Middle Section
Grade IX students promoted to Grade X report to South Campus – Senior Section
Grade XI students promoted to A1 report to South Campus – Generation’s College
Students can check their Grade Section for Session 2025-26 through Google Classroom.

SmartCards – Essential for School Entry
Student SmartCards:
– Newly admitted and section-change students will receive SmartCards at their respective campuses
– Students forgetting SmartCards must wait for Day Pass issuance
– SmartCards must be worn to school every day as part of the uniform
Family SmartCards:
– New admission parents must complete the NASA Studio Photoshoot for Family SmartCard
– Without Family SmartCard, parents undergo verification process (which may be time-consuming)
– Required for campus entry
Remember: Regular attendance and punctuality help students become responsible, disciplined, and organised.

Books, Stationery & Uniform
Books & Stationery:
– Part A: Purchase from recommended bookshop Tariq Book Town
– Part B: Provided in classrooms (cost included in fee bills)
– Ensure the student carries the complete book pack on the very first day
School Uniform:
– Students MUST wear proper school uniform from the very first day
– Suppliers: Ghani’s Uniform and Youniform (both accept online orders with home delivery)
– Ghani’s Uniforms are also available for in-store purchases at Hyderi
Special Instructions for Grade III:
– School Shoes: Black leather shoes with straps or laces only
– School Bags: No cartoon characters or trolley bags allowed
– Stationery: Simple pouches only

Strict Policy: School does not accept late arrivals. Late-arriving students must return home with parents/drivers.
North Campus (Playgroup to Grade II):
– Pre-nursery: Gate closes 8:15 AM sharp | Home: Mon-Thu 12:15 PM, Fri 11:15 AM
– Nursery: Gate closes 8:15 AM sharp | Home: Mon-Thu 12:15 PM, Fri 11:30 AM
– Kindergarten: Gate closes 7:45 AM sharp | Home: Mon-Thu 12:30 PM, Fri 11:30 AM
– Grades I & II: Gate closes 7:45 AM sharp | Home: Mon-Wed 1:15 PM, Thu 1:00 PM, Fri 12:05 PM
South Campus (Grades III to Generation’s College):
– Grades III to XI: Gate closes 7:40 AM sharp | Home: Mon-Wed 2:00 PM, Thu 1:10 PM, Fri 12:20 PM
– Generation’s College: Gate closes 7:40 AM sharp | Flexible home time policy applies
